For Denzel Woods, coming to America meant no more hearing gun shots while practicing at the soccer field.

Richard Bland College of William & Mary has named Damien Westfield as its new Head Men's Soccer Coach.  He succeeds former head coach Eduardo de Souza, who left for an assistant coaching position at NCAA Division I George Mason University.  Westfield has been a Volunteer Assistant Men's Soccer Coach and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Communication Studies at Young Harris College in Georgia since 2015.

Former St Anthony’s college duo Brent Rahim and Julius James have been made 2018 honorees of the University of Connecticut in the United States.

The College of Charleston garnered a great deal of attention on a conference-wide level, as the Cougars received five All-Conference nods in addition to senior defender Leland Archer being named the CAA Defensive Player of the Year.

Tobago defender transfers to division one school

TOBAGONIAN Nathan Harte continues to elevate his stock and keep alive his dream of playing professional football. Harte, a central defender with the skill to also play defensive midfield, will be competing in the NCAA division one soccer championship in September after transferring to the University of North Florida from Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana.

Freshman forward Chaz Burnett was selected as the New Jersey Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Rookie of the Week on Monday.

With the addition of defender Stephon Marcano, the 2018 CSU Bakersfield men's soccer recruiting class is complete.  A defender and native of Trinidad and Tobago, Marcano will join a group of 10 men that head coach Richie Grant has signed for the upcoming season.
