Trinidad and Tobago football has risen to new heights on both the international and domestic scene. In the space of two years, steps have been taken to bring football in our country to an unprecedented and exciting period that includes an expanded national league, a pathway for players who aspire and dare to reach their potential, and recognition of the stakeholders who have kept football alive in Trinidad and Tobago, the clubs.

We welcome back a familiar a vital partner, All Sport Promotions, as operator of the TTFA National Super League and affirm our commitment in establishing the TTFA National Super League as a competition, creed by, for, and of the communities that field the 26 clubs that participate in what has become not only the largest senior level football league competition in Trinidad and Tobago but also in the Caribbean.

I am particularly pleased with the inclusion of a new competition level that will usher in a promotion/relegation system with the introduction of two divisions; National Super League Premiership Division and National Super League Championship Division.

An even more gratifying and exciting development is the introduction of a new corporate partner of the National Super League, CNG NGC Limited, The CNG National Super League partnership marks a new beginning for our national league clubs, players and coaches.

The TTFA thanks CNG for their support and we look forward to establishing a partnership that will use the power of football to promote environmental preservation and energy conservation through the use of exciting new vehicles powered by CNG.

Our football continues to move forward and toward a new horizon.
