The first edition of the annual Warrior Nation Caribana Sweat will be held on Sunday August 6th, 2006 at the G Ross Lord Park in Toronto, Canada. Warrior Nation and socawarriors.net members who live in the Greater Toronto Area as well as those who will be in town for the Caribana festivities are encouraged to turn out to support this endeavour.
The lime will start at 12 PM sharp, with the kickoff scheduled for 1 PM. Those of you who intend on taking part in the football are required to bring one red and one white jersey; Warrior Nation members should come with their member jersey for the post sweat lime. A trophy will be presented to the winner of the football match. After the football match, there will be a windball cricket match for those who are aiming to catch the eyes of the West Indies selection panel.
The admission fee for the sweat is $20 per person. The fee covers food, drinks and rental of the field. Drinks will consist of scotch, rum, beer, water and Ginseng Up . The menu will consist of pelau (chicken), BBQ chicken, potato salad and mango chow. All meat will be Halal. Any of the attendees who are vegetarians can contact Gino McKoy and arrangements will be made accordingly.

All funds must be received by July 31, 2006. PLEASE KEEP YOUR BANK DEPOSIT RECEIPT because all receipts of expenses incurred for the sweat will be disclosed to the Warrior Nation Board of Directors and the socawarriors.net fraternity.
Since we need to know the exact number of people coming to the sweat, it is imperative that you RSVP and pay the admission fee ASAP. Any profit made from this event will go towards the development of Youth Football in Trinidad and Tobago.
After the sweat, we will most likely continue the lime at the Fire Fete. Bring your Warrior Nation jersey so we can represent the Soca Warriors Supporters club.
