Diplomats get toros' De Leon

The Miami Toros of the North American Soccer League Tuesday said they had traded forward Leroy DeLeon to the Washington Diplomats for a 1975 first-round draft choice and an undisclosed amount of cash.

DeLeon played with the Toros in 1971 and 1972 but did not play last year, although he remained under the team's control.
