Raenan Campbell scored a hat-trick to lead the T&T Under-17 women to a 5-0 romp of Diego Martin Central United and the title U-18 Division crown in the 15th annual Carapichaima Youth Football Super League on Sunday.

Campbell opened the scoring the fifth minute and added items in the 13th and 33rd while Alexis Fortune (25th) and Nia Honore (47th) added one each in the win, its fifth from as many matches to end with maximum 15 points, three more Waterloo Starlets which edged Crown Trace 1-0 in its final match, courtesy a 24th minute Shenikka Samuel strike.

For their win, the T&T U-17s collected $1,500, a trophy and medals, sponsored by Hakim Hosein Construction while Waterloo got a $1,000 voucher.

And in the other match, St Ann’s Rangers (seven points) took third spot after a 0-0 draw with Jewel Sports Club, one ahead of Diego Martin Central and pocketed a $500 cash voucher.

In the boys U-20 Division, Crown Trace inspired by “Most Valuable Player” award recipient Kori Cupid edged past Edinburgh 500, 4-3 on penalty-kicks after a 1-1 draw in regulation.

SKHY FC was a double-winner on the day, clobbering Cap Off Youths 5-0 in the Under-15 decider led by a Twon Grannum hat-trick while in the U-17 final, Tshad Selvon netted the winner over the same Cap Off Youths.

The prizes for the U-15 and U-17 age-groups were sponsored by the Sport Company of T&T while the Under-20 Division awards were sponsoed by Croisee Supermarket Limited, and the Under-18 Girls’, by Hakim Hosein Construction.
