KEVON MARTINEZ netted a beaver-trick as Siparia Spurs destroyed Eagles United 10-1 recently, in a Group “B” Under-18 contest, in Match Day Six of the National Lotteries Control Board (NLCB)-sponsored National Youth League.
Martinez got his name on the scoresheet in the 20th, 52nd, 71st and 82nd minutes, while Che Forbes registered a hat-trick, in the 47th, 60th and 65th.
Shavon Diaz added a pair, in the 22nd and 37th, while Jamal Gervais got the other item for Siparia, in the 78th. Jesse Frank got the lone strike for Eagles, in the 36th. Also in Group “B”, Club Sando cruised past Cap Off Youths 3-0 with strikes from Lesharn Marcano (17th), Kareem Constant (52nd) and Keron Brooks (60th).
There were two matches which were contested in Group “A”. SKHY edged Joe Public 2-1 with Kerron Brasche (11th) and Chinua Bernard (38th) finding the back of the net for SKHY while Marcelle Springer (62nd) pulled back one for Joe Public.
FC Santa Rosa whipped WASA FC 3-1 in the other game in the group.
