The St. Ann's Rangers Women's Team extended their lead with a 3-0 defeat against the Girls U-15 Team.

After 1 week off from League competition and playing the Venezuela Women's National Team, the local women's football League will officially resume action this weekend for both the Premier and First Division.

DEFENCE FORCE whipped Central FC 3-1 on Tuesday, at the New Settlement Ground, in a Match Day 16 fixture of the Trinidad and Tobago Women’s League Football (WoLF) Premier Division.

A Women’s League Football (WoLF) all-star team will welcome Venezuela’s national women’s team in the first of a four-match exhibition series, today at the Ato Boldon Stadium, Couva, from 6.30 pm.

The Women's National Senior Team players are now free to play in the WoLF, and while many were happy to hear this and complete the season with their teams, others preferred to be cautious and use their energies to focus on preparation for their upcoming Caribbean Qualifying Tournament which is scheduled to take place on 19-26 August 2014 here in Trinidad and Tobago.

Local professional club Central FC launched its inaugural all-female football camp which gets going onat the Hasely Crawford Stadium’s training pitch, Wrightson Road, on Monday.

With a 2-1 loss against St. Augustine and a 1-1 tie against Civic Pioneers last Saturday, St. Ann's Rangers Ladies still remain 4 points ahead in the League.

While the Trinidad and Tobago Women's National Senior Team will be using the two matches against their Venezuelan counterparts as preparation for the CFU Women's Cup Finals scheduled for 19-26 August here in Trinidad and Tobago. Players from the WoLF will also have an opportunity to showcase their abilities.
