North East Stars are no longer the pushovers who lost the first 20 matches they played in the Pro League last season.
Chances of national midfielder, and Arima Fire’s Ashford Legerton joining the Peter Granville-coached Tobago United for the 2003/2004 T&T Pro-League season have hit a snag becuase of the price tag.
