Carib FC travel to Maloney Gardens this evening where they battle the home team for the final semi-final spot in the Eastern Football Association (EFA) FA Cup competition. The winner joins SKHY FC, Prisons and House of Dread, all of whom booked their semi-final spot on Sunday.

SKHY won 4-0 over Barataria Players, Prisons saw off WASA 4-1 and House of Dread edged Elements FC of Morvant 2-1.

First half goals from Kevaughn John, Nicholas Yeechan, Shakir Cole and Kemo Toby saw SKHY into Sunday’s semi-final, where they face Prisons.

The Prisons team rallied from a goal down to win after Keston George put WASA ahead in the 15th minute. Questelle Walters and Cleve Moore gave Prisons a 2-1 first half lead, before Barry Carrington netted a brace in the second half.

Meanwhile, House of Dread twice led in beating Elements 2-1. Nigel Allsop put the Dreads ahead in the 35th, but Sean Labadie pulled his team level in the 46th. Samuel Ferreira found House of Dread’s winner in the 62nd minute.
