KAREEM WILLIAMS scored a pair as Eastern Alliance beat Creek SCC 3-2 on Tuesday in Round One of the Eastern Football Association (EFA) President’s Cup competition.

Williams scored in the fifth and 30th minutes, while Ashton Letren got the other strike for Eastern Alliance, in the 20th. Brendon Farfan (10th) and Darieon Bernard (34th) were the goal-getters for Creek SCC. 

Also on Tuesday, Red Hill FC eked out a 2-1 win over Tunapuna Titans. 

David Gill (20th) and Akeil Andrews (50th) struck for Red Hill while Tevin Mungoo (20th) scored a penalty for Tunapuna Titans. 

The meeting between Barataria Ball Players and Trinity Rangers FC did not play.
