Two former St. Anthony's College players helped their colleges make history by winning their first National Championships.

Kareem Freitas helped Tyler Junior College win their Historic first NJCAA Division 1 Championship when they defeating Georgia Perimeter College 5-3 on penalties and help Tyler cap off their undefeated (21-0) season. Garnet Batson helped Union County College (N.J.) win its first ever NJCAA Division 3 Championship when they defeated Richland College (Texas) 1-0 at the 2009 NJCAA Men's Division III Soccer Championship to finish off their season with a 19-5-1 record.
