Jerry Hospedales, chairman of San Juan Jabloteh says his team will be making an appeal today or tomorrow to the Caribbean Football Union Disciplinary Committee over the US$5,000 imposed on the club for its part in a brawl with Puerto Rico’s River Plate on April 18.

Athletico River Plate, the 2009 Puerto Rico Football League champions, have been fined US$10,000 and San Juan Jabloteh FC (Trinidad & Tobago) have been slapped with a US$5,000 fine for their involvement in a brawl at the end of last month’s Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Club Championship second round Group D match at Larry Gomes Stadium, Malabar.
