Mexico
Mexico coach Ricardo Lavolpe has announced that he will call up Guillermo Franco in
December.
The Argentinian striker, who plays for Monterrey, holds a Mexican passport and is looking forward to making his mark under Lavolpe.
After waiting for a call from Buenos Aires that has not arrived, Franco is targeting the World Cup finals.
"I am very happy since hearing the news that Lavolpe is thinking of calling me into the Mexican national team," he enthused.
"I have always said it - it's very important to be in the national team but, until I receive official communication about this, I prefer to be calm and keep on working.
"I will be very anxious for that phone call. It doesn't matter if it's now, at once, or in the future.
"I have a big expectation for being called to the national team.
"You always wish for something like this because having the chance to play in the World Cup is something that not many players have. It's a gift from God."
Leh we hope is really December and not before.....
cause he is real worries
