Jah United and LVT will meet in the final of the Freedom Cup (No More Borders sporting initiative) at St Paul Street Indoor Complex, East Port-of-Spain tonight (Sat), from 7.30 pm. United earned its spot in the final when it beat Barcelona 2-1 on penalties on November 29 while LVT beat Phase II 2-1 on December 1 in its semifinal.

The main goal of the tournament, hosted by the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs, is to empower young people throughout the Morvant/ Laventille area whilst providing them with a positive source of engagement. This endeavour, which has been in progress since September 26, was launched at the St Paul’s Street Sporting Complex on the October 16.
