Previously unbeaten Young Strikers of Whim and Castara Youths met in the Canaan/Bon Accord Seven-a-Side Night Football League last Monday to decide the top team to move into the Big Four Knockout Competition.
Strikers who were without their influential skipper Valton Braithwaite were demolished 4-0 by the more experienced Castara unit.

Akini Ferguson (2), Kerlon Ferguson and Jeromy Williams were the scorers for the Youths. Castara has 18 points from six matches while Strikers are three points back from the same number of matches.

Gully Side has also qualified for the Big Four with a 2-1 victory over Argentina Deportees with goals from Darren Mitchell and Andel Noray.

Meanwhile the battle for the final place in the knockout phase of the competition will be between Unknown and Clapham who met earlier this week.
