Veteran right back and current Trinidad and Tobago captain Carlos Edwards spoke on the morning after this country’s 2-1 defeat to Nicaragua at the National Football Stadium in Managua on Tuesday.

He reflected on the performance of Tom Saintfiet’s team, saying that there were positives to take from the affair and he is getting a good feel about the commitment from the players as they continue to work towards finding the right momentum with the system of play that Saintfiet wants them playing.
