GEORGIA scrambled a 2-1 victory over Bethel United, and Stokely Vale scraped home 2-0 over Hills United as the “war” for the Premier League title in the Tobago Football Association raged on.
Prolific Warren Phillips opened the scoring for Georgia in Wednesday’s game but Kurt Cadiz knotted up the scores only for Malcolm Jack to fire in the winner.

A Dwayne Leacock goal was all defending champions Stokely Vale could muster against Hills United, but it proved enough in the end to give his team full points and remain five points adrift of Georgia with a game in hand. The unpredictable Sidey’s held St Clair’s Coaching School to a 2-2 draw to remain in third spot on the standings.

Kester Kent and Anthony Kent were the scorers for Sidey’s while Donnell Grant and Carron Williams netted for Coaching School. And lowly Earlbrokes got one goal each from Dwight James, Uriah Palmer, Deon Thomas, Nicholas Jack and Tyrone Manning to drub Dominion SS Golden Lane 5-0.
