Raymond 'Finey' Alleyne is the new president of the Tobago Football Association (TFA). Alleyne who chaired the interim committee following a proposed vote of no-confidence and then plans to call a snap election both of which did not materialise, was constitutionally elected to manage the Association affairs at its Annual General Meeting. The meeting was convened at the Dwight Yorke Stadium, VIP Lounge, last Saturday.

Also being elected on the executive were Kerry Lynch - 1st vice president, Andell Bruce - 2nd vice president, Tony Antoine - secretary operation and Bernard Allum - secretary administration. The newly elected executive will meet tomorrow (Saturday) to draft up plans for the 2010 season and presentation of prizes. Eighteen of the 26 affiliated clubs attended the AGM.

The first General Council meeting under the new executive is schedule for the Dwight Yorke Stadium, VIP Lounge tomorrow (Saturday) from 3 p.m. Among the important issues on the agenda will be the appointment of the general secretary, the election of five committee members to complete the executive cast and the general council's approval of plans for the 2010 season and presentation of prizes.

All clubs are asked to send two representatives to the meeting.
