The Plymouth based team more popularly known as the 'Barrack Boys' was voted 'Team of the Year'. They received $40,000 for winning the League Championship tournament and $20,000 for capturing the FA title. They also shared in the individual awards.

Stokely Vale's Tyrone Manning who played a pivotal role in the club's success was voted Premier Division MVP while Michael Carrington from Black Rock United won the Zonal Conference version. Both Manning and Carrington from Black Rock United were their Division's respective leading goal scorers.

Director of Sports, Theophilus Trim delivered the feature address while there was a short address by newly elected president Raymond Alleyne.
