In January 1999 amidst the murmurs of critics and naysayers, W Connection Football Club proudly stepped onto the field as Trinidad & Tobago welcomed its first Professional Football League.

Fifteen years and over thirty major titles later, the Savonnetta Boys are a benchmark team of local and regional football.

The 2013/2014 season has been a dream one for the Central based team, and appropriately so as they remain unbeaten after 9 games in the race for the League Championship, and have captured three out of four trophies including the prestigious FA Cup title thus far.

As they continue to celebrate their on-field achievements they have planned a calendar of activities to commemorate their 15 years of Professional Football beginning with a Thanksgiving Mass on Sunday 19th January 2014 at the St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church, Main Road Couva.

As they bind together with their community, Connection has opened their service to the public and is inviting all past players, members of the football fraternity, and the media to join them in thanksgiving of this milestone.

The service begins at 4:30 pm and all guests are asked to be seated by 4:15 pm. The DIRECTV W Connection family looks forward to welcoming all on Sunday. Light refreshments will be served following the mass.
