Vibe CT 105 W Connection followed their FCB Cup final triumph on Friday against the Defence Force with a 3-1 victory over the same opponents as Pro League action continued last evening at the Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva.


Connection got their first item on the stroke of half-time through Jason Cudjoe. Kendall Davis doubled the score in the 60th minute, and seven minutes later in the 67th, Jose Seabra Jr notch Connection's third.

Devon Jorsling netted a consolation item in the 85th minute for Defence Force, but they could reduce the deficit no further.

In the only other match which was played yesterday, CL Financial San Juan Jabloteh turned back Starworld Strikers 4-2 at the Hasely Crawford Stadium.

Josh Johnson opened the scoring for Jabloteh in the 26th minute, and two minutes later Keyeno Thomas added a second for a 2-0 lead.

Strikers struck back five minutes later in the 33rd through Randolph Jerome, and Devon Henandez tied the scores at 2-2 four minutes later.

Jabloteh took the lead once more through Kerry Baptiste in the 78th minute, before Travis Mulraine rounded out the scoring in the 84th, and Jabloteh previaled 4-2.

Tobago United once again failed to show up for their fixture against North East Stars at the Sangre Grande Recreation Ground, while the Arima/ Morvant Fire meeting with South West Drillers was been postponed.
