Neil Mitchell scored a late winner as Joe Public edged Defence Force 2-1 to remain atop the points table in the Digicel Pro League Reserve Division.
In their Round One Match Day Five encounter on June 11, Joe Public broke the deadlock in the 24th minute courtesy Marvin Manswell but Glynn Franklyn tied the scores in the 50th.

The match seemed destined for a draw until Mitchell secured full points for the division leaders in the 81st.

United Petrotrin registered the biggest win of the day, a 5-0 trouncing of Police.

Striker Jamal Clarence registered a hat-trick, finding the back of the net in the fourth, 43rd and 49th minutes, while Jody Alsop scored in the 24th and Trent Lougheed in the 85th.

The struggling San Juan Jabloteh, just like Petrotrin, recorded their second victory in the Reserve League, courtesy of a 5-2 thrashing of St Ann’s Rangers.

National Under-17 captain and striker Jerrel Britto notched a double, in the 15th and 46th minutes, while Abiola Clarence (seventh), Kevaughn Connell (10th) and Willis Plaza (20th) added one apiece for Jabloteh. The Rangers’ goals were posted by Jemarc Gomez (30th) and Jared Williams (60th). Omar Prescott and Nigel Arthur were on target for Caledonia AIA as they staged a come-from-behind 2-1 victory over Ma Pau.

Gerard De Verteuil put Ma Pau ahead in the 29th before Prescott equalised in the 61st and Arthur netted the winner in the 74th.

Wesley John (26th) and Kevon Woodley (54th) were the goal-getters for W Connection as they whipped the cellar-placed FC South End 2-0.
