Players of Digicel Pro League clubs United Petrotrin and Joe Public FC could face disciplinary action after a "bust up" during their fixture on Saturday at the Palo Seco Recreation Ground.
The match, which saw three players earning red cards, ended in a brawl, and a goalless draw.

During the match, Petrotrin midfielder and former national captain Aurtis Whitley, as well as Joe Public duo Gorean Highley and veteran Dale Saunders, were dismissed by referee Rashby McPhie during the heated encounter.

Yesterday, the Pro League revealed that the disciplinary committee will take up the matter when they meet tomorrow.

" The League will not condone any behaviour that brings not only the T&T Pro League, but also football in Trinidad and Tobago, into disrepute," the release said.

The Pro League disciplinary committee comprises chairman Tyrone Marcus, Frank Sealey, Paul Regis, Beverly Cruickshank and Ricardo Williams.

In other matches on Saturday, Caledonia AIA blanked FC South End 2-0 with goals on either side of half-time from Kerry Daniel (25th minute) and Keyon Edwards (75th).

Ma Pau SC turned back St Ann's Rangers 3-1. Errol Mc Farlane equalised for Rangers from the penalty spot in the 60th, after Kevin Molino had struck eight minutes earlier. But Sayid Freitas (83rd) and Anthony Wolfe (90th minute penalty) sealed the comfortable win for Ma Pau.
