Trinidad and Tobago National Women Team (NWT) defeated Guyana's NWT 3-0 yesterday at the Marvin Lee Stadium in Macoya as they finish their second phase series as winners of Group F.

T&T senior women’s football captain, Maylee Attin-Johnson wants her team to stay focused and keep their standard up for the remaining two matches in the Caribbean Football Union Final Round Qualifying Tournament.

1. What’s the feeling like, coming back from Sweden to lead your country’s attack in its bid to qualify for the Concacaf Gold Cup?
It's an amazing feeling after almost three years to be able to wear my national team  colours once more. And what's even more exciting is to be able to come and show how much Ahkeela Mollon has developed over the years and there’s no better place to show than in front of my home country.

Arin King and Ahkeela Mollon provided the high points in an otherwise flat performance as Trinidad and Tobago’s Soca Princesses defeated Barbados 5-0 in a Group F CONCACAF Gold Cup Caribbean Zone qualifier on Wednesday night at Marvin Lee Stadium, Macoya.

Maylee Attin-Johnson will lead T&T’s senior Soca Princesses when they begin their quest for the top spot in the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Final Round Tournament.
