Trinidad and Tobago’s National Senior Women’s team will resume training on Friday at the Hasely Crawford Stadium ahead of the training camp at the University of Houston, United States.

 Skipper Maylee Attin-Johnson, coming off a two-match series with Venezuela, will train under assistant coach Marlon Charles. The squad will leave next week for Houston at a date to be confirmed as the TTFA finalizes the travel schedule. Newly appointed head coach Randy Waldrum will take charge of the team in Houston.

T&T are carded to play three games in Houston, one against the Mexican Senior Women’s Team, US Pro club Houston Dash and Dallas.

For the upcoming Caribbean Football Union round, T&T have been grouped with St Kitts/Nevis, Martinique and Antigua & Barbuda. T&T will host the eight-team event to be played August 19-26, 2014.



The winner and runner-up from both Group A and Group B will earn places at the 2014 CONCACAF Women’s Championship, which will determine the Confederation’s World Cup representatives later this year in the United States. 

Canada will host the next FIFA Women’s World Cup, June 6-July 5, 2015, in six cities across that nation.
