Cunupia FC will go after its second title in the Central Football Association this season when it faces Edinburgh 500 FC in the Chaguanas Borough Corporation-sponsored Hugo Francis Memorial Cup winner take-all $4,000 at the Hugo Francis Recreation Ground on Saturday from 6 pm.
This after both teams won their semifinal matches at the same venue on Tuesday in contrasting fashion.
First, Edinburgh used a goal each from Stephen Julien (17th), Calvi Gazette (29th), and Christopher Eneau (69th) in its 3-0 defeat of Harlem Strikers before Cunupia edged Perseverance United 1-0 on a tenth minute strike from Jamal Spencer.
It will be the second final of the season for Cunupia FC, the current Premier Division leaders as it has already won the CFA FA trophy title, beating Harlem in the final.
