Enterprise Youths earned a convincing 5-2 win over Carapichaima Playmakers on October 22, in the Central Football Association (CFA) Premier League.

Akeem James scored twice, in the fourth and 79th minutes, while Jehu Cummings added a pair, in the 31st and 86th minutes. Akil Nichols got the other strike for Enterprise Youths, in the 47th. 

Nadale Paul (46th) and Miykael Phillip (89th) responded for Carapichaima Playmakers. 

A day later, Fire Service FC maintained their lead on the nine team points standings after edging Perseverance Ball Runners 1-0, with Kevon Cornwall finding the back of the net in the 32nd. 

Also on October 23, second-placed Leeds FC and Harlem Strikers battled to a 1-1 draw, with Christopher Samlal putting Leeds ahead in the 39th before Keron Fox levelled the scores in the 65th. 

The struggling Inter- National Connection recorded their first win of the season with a 1-0 result over Perseverance United. 

David Meade was the goal-getter, in the 52nd. 

All matches took place at the Hugo Francis Recreation Ground, with the exception of the Inter-National Connection versus Perseverance United fixture.
