St Joseph’s defence was penetrated by Carly Coutt, Dominique Campbell and Brianna Winford who were on target. The 3-0 victory puts Maple Leaf in second place, two points behind defending North Zone champ, Providence Girls’, with the deciding battle between the two to be played on Sunday, when they meet at the Queen’s Park Savannah, Port-of-Spain. Providence, meanwhile, made light work of Blanchisseuse, putting a 5-1 thumping on them, as Akesha De La Rosa netted a hat-trick to keep her team at the top.
