Trinidad & Tobago women’s national team goalkeeper Kimika Forbes made history by becoming the first Caribbean player to win the Copa Libertadores Feminina, when she helped Paraguay’s Sportivo Limpeno defeat Estudiantes de Guarico of Venezuela, 3-2, in last month’s 2016 final. The 26-year-old, who played college soccer in the United States, took some times to speak to CONCACAF.com about her career.

Veteran Trinidad and Tobago women’s national football team winger Ahkeela Mollon successfully launched her coaching school called the M12 Football Revolution two Saturdays ago at the Penco Gardens ground, in an attempt to actualise her dream of working in a coaching capacity when she finally calls time on her career.

Trinidad and Tobago’s Senior Women had their Rio Olympic Games aspirations ended on Friday night as Alex Morgan netted a hattrick to lead the United States to a 5-0 victory in CONCACAF Olympic semifinal round qualifying at the BBVA Compass Stadium.
