Herkimer County Community College forward Kariym Balthazar was named NJCAA Men's Division III Soccer Player of the Week and goalie Daniel Johnson is the NJCAA Men's Division III Soccer Goalie of the Week.

Balthazar, of Brooklyn, N.Y., tallied 13 points last week with 5 goals and 3 assists. In the Generals' 5-1 victory over Broome Community College, he recorded the first three goals on five shots as well as two goals and an assist in their in 11-0 win over Clinton and the first two assists in their 6-0 win over Adirondack.

Johnson, of Devonshire, Bermuda, posted two shutouts over Broome (5-0) and Clinton Community College (11-0). He allowed one goal in the Generals' 5-1 victory. He is 6-3 overall on the year.
