The TJC men's soccer team upset the #2 team in the country tonight, traveling to San Jacinto and winning 3-2.  The Apaches improved to 4-0 on the season.

San Jacinto started the scoring with 29 minutes left in the first half when they scored on their first shot of the game.  However, TJC freshman Dom Dwyer tied the game thirteen minutes later with a goal.  TJC scored again with a little over four minutes left in the half, with Kareem Freitas scoring, giving the Apaches a 2-1 lead.  Freitas scored again 9 minutes into the second half, giving the Apaches a 3-1 lead.  San Jacinto scored six minutes later, and the Apaches held on for the remaining 30 minutes for the win.

TJC in back in action Tuesday at Lon Morris, with the game scheduled to begin at 7pm.
