After posting a 2-0 record last week, the Howard men's soccer team had a pair of players garner the Atlantic Soccer Conference (ASC) weekly honors. Freshman Phillip Borde (Ocoee, Fla./Ocoee H.S.) was named the ASC Rookie of the Week while senior goalkeeper Victor Thomas (Scarborough, Trinidad/Signal Hill) was named the ASC Goalie of the Week.
Thomas posted 10 saves last week, including four in a shutout victory over The Mount. He allowed one goal against the Red Foxes for a 0.5 goals against average on the week.
