The Herkimer men's soccer won their ninth straight game, defeating Finger Lakes 3-0, to remain unbeaten on the season. Freshman Yanick Brudy scored two goals to lead Herkimer to their 9th consecutive win.  He scored his first goal at the 33rd minute off an assist by freshman Ted Cribley.  Cribley had all three assists. Kariym Balthazar scored the second goal in the second half at the 66thminute.  Brudy finished off of the scoring at the 67 minute.  Senior goalkeeper James Taber recorded his fifth straight shutout. Herkimer travels to unbeaten North Country CC on Sunday.

In a pregame ceremony English professor Dick Friedrich was honored for his continued support of Herkimer soccer program. Friedrich kicked off the game to Senior Goalkeeper James Taber.  Friedrich also received a t-shirt with his name on the back.
