The Herkimer men's soccer team broke their two game losing streak by defeating Montgomery College-Rockville (MD) 3-0 at Wehrum Stadium.  Freshman Gustavo Pereira broke the Generals two game scoreless drought by scoring in the 5th minute off an assist from senior Kariym Balthazar.

Freshman Mike Roopchandsingh scored the second goal of the game at the 40th minute off an assist from freshman Ted Cribley.  Balthazar finished off the scoring in the second half at the 50thminute from an assist by Roopchandsingh.  Senior GK James Taber recorded his seventh shutout of the season.  The Generals host Tompkins-Cortland CC Wednesday, October 14th for late 80's/early 90's night at Wehrum Stadium.  It is also High School Team Night as well.
