Midfielder Travis Mulrane will miss Trinidad and Tobago's final World Cup qualifying match against the United States on Sunday (11-11-2001) at the Hasely Crawford Stadium.

The Vibe CT 105 W-Connection player has been summoned to Union Berlin of Germany for a five-day final trial. He is due to fly out today.

Union Berlin, which is currently participating in the UFEA Cup, requested Mulrane after seeing him play for the Professional Football League champions against its side.

The match, which drew 1-1, was one of the many W Connection contested on its recent European tour. Three other WCFC players, Trinidadian David Atiba Charles, Brazilian Gefferson Goulart and St Lucian Earl Jean are expected to wing out either on Friday or Saturday for similar stints in the Czech Republic. WCFC owner, David Williams said yesterday that all he is awaiting is documents from the clubs in the Czech Republic before he could get visas for the trio to leave. A fourth player, Colombian goalkeeper Alejandro Figuero is also bound for a club in Czech Republic but Williams said he is still awaiting details from the club.
