Biche United will be go all out to wrap up the  Eastern Counties Football Union Premier Division title when it travels to Mafeking United today needing a victory from its remaining two matches. Currently, Biche leads the eight-team table with 31 points from 12 matches, two more than defending champion Matura Re-United which  only has one match left to complete its 14-match schedule.

A draw can also do the trick for Biche as it has a superior goal-difference of plus-25 to Matura’s plus-13. Matura will also be in action away to ECFU FA runner-up Damarie Hill Re-United and must win to keep its slim chances of back-to-back titles alive. Should Matura win and Biche lose, the latter will need at least a point from its final match on January 22 against Manzanilla to dethrone.

The winner of the league will collect $8,000 and secure a spot in the T&T Football Federation Champion of Champions competition which serves as a qualifier for the bmobile National Super League for the 2012/2013 season. The ECFU runner-up and third placed teams get $4,000 and $3,000 respectively.
