With only three matches played on Sunday, Defence Force, courtesy a double strike from Ronald St Louis, secured a late 2-1 win over Real Maracas, the only victory of the round, to advance three places into eighth in the Blink/bMobile National Super League standings.

St Louis, a former Teteron Boys Pro League midfielder, scored in each side of the half, the match opener (18th minute) and the winner in the 81st, to hand Defence Force its first league win in almost two months. Hayden Vincent, another former Pro League player with Caledonia AIA almost salvaged a point with a 70th minute equalizer for Real Maracas.

Two other matches were played with reigning league champion, WASA FC holding Bethel United to a 2-2 draw, to remain rooted at second to last, while FC Santa Rosa the cellar-placed team also salvaged a draw (1-1) with Siparia Spurs.
