1976 FC PHOENIX stormed into the lead in the Western Conference of the Tobago Football Association after a comprehensive 4-1 triumph over Carnbee/Mt Pleasant.

Brent Cruickshank scored a hat-trick of goals in Tuesday’s game while Melvin Nero got the other for the winners. Black Rock moved into a tie with Phoenix after shutting out early leaders Bethel Uprising.

Michael Carrington opened the scoring for the Black Rock men and Kino Kerr added the other.

Charlotteville Unifiers skipped into fourth place in the Premier Division despite being held to a 1-1 draw by Roxborough Lakers.

Klaydon Christmas netted for Unifiers while Sellon Gray got the goal for Lakers. And Georgia destroyed Federal Northside 4-1 to also move up on the standings.

Jhevon Jackson, Quinn Collette, Marvin Phillips and Delano Davis scored one goal each for the winners while Dane James got the consolation.
