STOKELYVALE squeaked past lowly Bethel United 1-0 to seize the lead in the Premier Division of the Tobago Football Association.

Playing at the Mt Gomery ground on Monday, Antonio Balfour was the hero of “The Vale,” scoring the only goal of the match.

Victory gave “The Vale” 21 points, same as Earlbrokes, but they hold a superior goal-difference and a match in hand.

Leeds United kept atop the Eastern Conferece despite being held to a 1-1 draw by Moriah Youths.

Valton Brathwaite scored for the conference leaders while Sheldon Boxhill got the equaliser at Plymouth.

Calder Hall continued their challenge to the leaders when they were awarded the points from their game against Youth Stars United which was to be played at Dusty Park.

A goal by Michael Carrington at Plymouth pitchforked Black Rock FC into the lead in the Western Conference.

It was the only goal of the match.
