Akini Ferguson netted a hat-trick to lead Taylor’s Rental Goal City to a 3-1 whipping of Leeds United in the Tobago Football Association Premier Division last Monday.
The win, the third in seven matches for Goal City move it to ten points and fourth on the 12-team table, eight behind joint leaders, defending champion St Clair Coaching School and Sidey’s FC from six matches each.
Roxborough Lakers is third with 11 points, but from a match more while Leeds which got its lone goal from Khilson Blackman stayed third from bottom with seven points.
In Monday’s other match, Charlotteville Unifiers joined three other clubs on eight points with a similar 3-1 triumph over Mason Hall USSS.
Garvin Mc Kenna bagged a double for Unifiers and Jemmiel Smith, the other while Kevon Adams got Mason Hall’s lone item.
