Thirteen members of this country’s Senior Women’s Team will depart Port of Spain on Sunday morning at 9:15 am for Houston where they will be joined by eight other members for a ten-day live in training camp leading up to the CONCACAF Final Round of Olympic Qualifying action.

Maylee saddened by Waldrum’s firing

TRINIDAD AND Tobago women’s footballer Maylee Attin- Johnson has pointed out that the national players were “very much saddened and highly disappointed by the (firing) of coach Randy Waldrum, for the mere fact that he was the only coach to ever publicly stand up for us.” Waldrum was fired by TT Football Association (TTFA) president David John-Williams on Tuesday.

Head coach of the women’s senior national football team Randy Waldrum was given his marching orders by the Trinidad and Tobago Football Association (TTFA) Tuesday, and the decision has hit members of the “Women Warriors” particularly hard as the coach, who was a favourite among the team, parted ways with the squad.
