Amarie Ettienne had a tally of five goals on the day, with an own goal compounding matters for Rangers, in a Match Day Eight meeting.
Penal All Stars stayed in second place after trouncing Centre For Excellence 7-2.
Shay Sutherland and Andre Quashie scored two goals each for Penal All Stars, while Jamal John, Alfred John and Michael McIntosh had one apiece. Andre Stewart and Isaiah Wolf replied for Centre For Excellence.
Siparia Spurs got a double from Che Forbes to blank Petrotrin Palo Seco 4-1. Akiel Noel and Givon John were the other goal-scorers for Siparia while Kevin Mark got the lone item for Petrotrin.
Two games were contested in the Roy Jagroopsingh Group “B”, with leaders Marabella Family CC and San Fernando Giants earning 2-1 wins over UFC and Valley Line United respectively.
In the Marabella-UFC meeting, Renefor Martin and Keon Francois scored for Marabella while Jervaughn Christon responded for UUFC.
Jeremy Primus and Cuz Mitchell were on target for San Fernando Giants over Valley Line.
