Point Fortin Civic Centre suffered a first loss of the season when going down 2-1 to Giants, but remain atop the Winston St Clair group of the Southern Football Association (SFA) Petrotrin Super League standings.

Anthony Andrews and Keith Samuels both netted, as Giants won for the third time this season in five matches. Wrenn Hector scored for Civic, which won the previous five times before tasting defeat.
