Kayode Legall scored a pair of goals to lead Goal City past Sidey’s 3-0 and with it top spot in the Tobago Football Association Premier Division when matches continued on the weekend.

Kerlon Ferguson added item for Goal City now with nine points after eight matches, one more than Georgia and Bethel United , who both played to draws while Sidey’s slipped to joint fourth on seven points with Mason Hall USSS and Lambeau.

George was held 3-3 by Roxborough, and Bethel battled to a 1-1 deadlock with Mason Hall USSS.

In the other Premier Division match on the weekend, Lambeau used items from Anson Campbell and Shaquille Joefield to slip past cellar-placed 1976 FC Phoenix 2-1.

In the First Division, front-runners, Earlbrokes hammered Federal Northside 11-0 with Deon Thomas getting a handful, Henson Charles, a hat-trick, Curtly Ferguson two and Brinsley Reid, the other to push its points tally to eight points after four matches.

But the biggest winner on the day was Carnbee/Mt Pleasant, 12-0 over Mason Hall Police Youth Club with Michael John, also scoring five times.

Andre Robinson added a treble, Kenan Graham two and Tyron Miller and Keishon Romeo, the others for Carnbee/Mt Pleasant, second on the table with Golden Lane, and Buccoo Ball Park, all with seven points apiece.

TAYLOR’S Rentals Goal City shut out previous leaders Sidey’s FC 3-0 to wrest the leadership of the Tobago Football Association Premier Division.

Kayode Legall was on the double for the winners while Kerlon Ferguson got the other goal in Sunday’s match played at Plymouth.

Georgia FC remained in second position after being held to a thrilling 3-3 draw by Roxborough Lakers at River Bank ground.

Kasiya Thomas scored twice and Shey Jerry got the other for the Georgians while Chervol Lindow netted a double and Devin Sheppard the third for the Lakers.

Bethel United slid into third, following a 1-1 draw with Mason Hall USSS at Mt Gomery.

Dwane Marcelle got the Bethel men their goal and Stefano Wright netted for Mason Hall.

And at Canaan 1 ground, Lambeau FC knocked off 1976 FC Phoenix 2-1 on goals by Anson Campbell and Shaquille Joefield. Curtis Joseph got the goal for the losing team.

Earlbrokes surged to the top of Division One with an 11-0 swamping of Federal Northside. Deon Thomas helped himseelf to five goals, Henson Charles three, Curtley Ferguson two and Bvrinsley Reid the other for the winners. And as goals rained in the division, Carnbee/Mt Pleasant moved into second spot when the drubbed Maron Hall PYC 12-0.

Michael John netted five times, Andre Robinson three, Kenan Graham two and Tyron Miller and Keishon Romeo were the goal scorers.
