Offers of support to get audited financial statements done were made to all clubs seeking entry into the T&T Premier League, as well as those who were accepted, said the league chief executive officer (CEO) Colin Wharfe yesterday.
It will cost Cunupia FC, the club considered the pride of the central area as well as the pride of parts of the eastern areas (from Tunapuna to Sangre Grande), to get a regional license that will enable them to participate in the T&T Premier League.
The start of this year’s T&T Premier Football League is well on course for March 10 for the tier one teams. Tier two, however, is scheduled to kick off at the end of April, league chief executive officer (CEO) Colin Wharfe has said.
