The 2nd Annual SW Futsal Invitational will be held on Sunday at the Eastern Regional Indoor Arena. As with the inaugural competition held in 2009, sporting enthusiasts and football fans will be treated to 10 hours of football. Organisers SW Touring, have teamed up with the University of the West Indies Student Guild for this year's one-of-kind sporting event. Futsal is a five-a-side game, and the format of small goal football that is recognised and supported by FIFA, the governing body for world football. Men and women teams nationwide will do battle for over $45,000 in cash and prizes.

CLAYTON MORRIS, the coach of the Trinidad and Tobago national futsal team, is pushing for the establishment of a National Futsal Football League as a means of lifting the level of the sport in the country.
