East Zone champion St Augustine showed no sign of slowing down when action continued in all zones of the BGTT First Citizens Secondary Schools Football League (SSFL), yesterday, as the Green Machine handed San Juan North a 4-0 beating at home. The match was close to heading into the half without a goal but a minute before the interval Aikim Andrews scored to give St Augustine a 1-0 lead. Immediate upon the resumption Ricardo John bagged his second goal in as many matches as St Augustine took a two goal advantage. Just after the hour mark Andrews was once again on target which took his goal tally to four goals in three matches, before Akeem Garcia, who also scored in last week’s 9-0 thrashing of Valencia, rounded off the scoring in added time.
