Junior forward Gregory Khan (Mt. Pleasant, Tobago/Bertille St. Clair) scored three goals to lead Shepherd University to a 6-0 win over University of Charleston in WVIAC men's soccer at Shepherd on Saturday afternoon.
Sophomore midfielder Matt D’Amico (Germantown, MD/Northwest)added a pair of assists, while senior midfielder Duncan Williams (Falling Waters, WV/Hedgesville) tallied an assist.
Shepherd had a 27-to-10 advantage in shots and a 6-to-4 edge in corner kicks.
Senior goalkeeper Wagner Dacosta (Santos, Brazil/IASP) recorded four saves for the Rams, while Robert Spain and Jermaine McKenzie each had a pairsaves for the Golden Eagles.
Shepherd completes its season at 8-8-0, 5-5-0 in WVIAC play, while Charleston falls to 4-11-2, 3-5-2.
