The player was also fined $300 for his part in the bottle throwing incident and the running battle that followed between himself and the members on the substitute bench after Dillon was substituted. The officials were forced to abandon their game with approximately ten minutes remaining with Unifiers leading 1-0.

The team was also fined $500 for failing to control its players and lost the right to home field advantage for the rest of the season. This means that they will be mandated to play their remaining home fixtures outside of Charlotteville.

The secretary of the TFA has however revealed that this decision can be revisited after an evaluation of their conduct after three games. The committee has also ordered the game to be replayed.

Dillon Smith of Goodwood United and Ashley Mc Millan of 1976 FC Phoenix were suspended for failing to appear at their disciplinary hearing. Joel Kerr and Afeiba Murphy of Sidey's were fined $175 and $150 for red card offences earlier in the season while Kareem Robley was severely reprimanded for violent conduct against an opponent. Meanwhile, St Clair's Coaching School has won their appeal to the Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation after the local disciplinary committee had previously awarded their abandoned fixture to Sidey's. The team is however appealing the decision to replay the game since Sidey's had clearly contravened the bye-laws relating to the home team use of their second choice kit.
