PETIT VALLEY United began their quest to earn a spot in the 2012 National Super League with a 5-1 humiliation of Harlem Strikers on Tuesday in the First Round of the Super League Qualifying Competition.

In front of their fans at the Diego Martin Secondary Ground, Petit Valley got a pair from Anthony Joseph (24th and 36th) and one apiece from Aaron Stewart (13th), Curtis Smith (44th) and Eric Charles (78th).

Kareem Harris (63rd) got the consolation item for Harlem.

FC Santa Rosa took care of hosts Siparia Spurs 3-1 at Siparia – Mark Look Loy (27th), Michael Hospedales (60th) and Jared Bennett (80th) found the back of the net for Santa Rosa while Jessie Edwards (69th) responded for Siparia.

In the day’s other meeting, St Clair Coaching School were held to a goalless draw by Biche United at the Dwight Yorke Stadium in Bacolet.
